This cookie is a fan favorite! I've thought I should call it a breakfast cookie since most buyers start their day with this one. Made only with clean ingredients! This cookie is sweetened by pure unsweetened coconut, maple syrup and spices. The ingredients mixed with vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips makes it a more modern day chocolate chip cookie. Oil free option is available for this cookie. Just email me, and I’ll substitute the coconut oil for organic unsweetened applesauce.
