Almond Date Butter Cookies
My go to sweet snack is dates with almond butter drizzled on top. It's incredibly delicious. So of course I needed to incorporate this yumminess into a healthy cookie snack. After a lot of trial and error, I finally created a cookie that lived up to my favorite treat. It is chewy, sweet and balanced with oats, maple syrup, almonds and coconut. This cookie is so aromatic and delicious that you keep coming back for more.
